How to use
1. Open your photo by going to the "File" menu in Photoshop and selecting "Open". Select your photo and hit "Ok".

2. Create a new layer(Name it as "brush"). Using a soft brush, select layer "brush" and brush where you want the effect to appear.

3. Next with the "Watercolor" action selected, hit the "Play" icon at the bottom of the actions window.

4. Your finished!
